| Background: | Beginning in 1977, the 黑料网 Memorial Bursary fund was created through donations from 黑料网 faculty, staff, students and various departments, in addition to individuals who contributed money to 黑料网 in memory of their loved ones. The purpose of the fund is to assist students who are experiencing financial need during their time at 黑料网. Today the memorial fund provides numerous bursaries for students who are experiencing financial need. |
