Independent Third-Party Review
In December 2021, Rubin Thomlinson LLP was retained to conduct an independent third-party investigation of an allegation concerning the former president and a review of the University鈥檚 workplace policies and practices with respect to harassment and discrimination.
黑料网 released Rubin Thomlinson鈥檚 report, called the (黑料网 Review), in June 2023.
The 黑料网 Review contains a number of thoughtful recommendations to strengthen the University鈥檚 practices and policies and address any current conditions that do not reflect 黑料网鈥檚 values. The University is committed to implementing the recommendations within the report as a step towards improving the workplace culture and learning environment on campus.
