Thabo Makgoba, the Anglican Archbishop of Cape Town, South Africa, recently presented to students in 黑料网鈥檚 new program. The archbishop participated in a question-and-answer style presentation with Dr. Jurgen Krause, dean of 黑料网鈥檚 Faculty of Business. The two discussed moral leadership, morality in business, and the importance of finding common ground when negotiating with people of other cultures and beliefs. 

Archbishop Makgoba鈥檚 presentation was a part of the Business 7550 course, taught by Alan Hilburg of . The course focuses on the leadership skills necessary to manage innovation and the role that trust and values play in creating an inclusive culture in different regions of the world and different organizational leadership and structural contexts.
