ºÚÁÏÍø

The week of October 24–30 is another busy one for the ºÚÁÏÍø Panthers as they take on opponents at home and away.  

Wednesday, October 26:

5:00 pm: The ºÚÁÏÍø Women’s Soccer Panthers (1-7-2) will play a final home game against the Mount Allison Mounties (0-10-0). It is also "Kick for the Cure" Night as well as Senior Night for both women's and men's soccer games (graduating players will be recognized).

7:15 pm: The ºÚÁÏÍø Men’s Soccer Panthers (0-8-2) play their final home game against the Mount Allison Mounties (1-7-2). 

6:00 pm: The ºÚÁÏÍø Women’s Rugby Panthers (4-2) are away in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, playing against the Acadia Axewomen (5-1) for the AUS Final. The two teams split the season series one game apiece, and the Panthers lost by just one point (20-19) the last time they played at Acadia. The Panthers are looking for their first AUS title in program history. 

Friday, October 28:

6:00 pm: The ºÚÁÏÍø Women’s Basketball Panthers take on the Cape Breton Capers in their home opener. The last time these two teams met, the Capers eliminated the Panthers in the AUS semi-final. 

7:00 pm: The ºÚÁÏÍø Women’s Hockey Panthers (4-2-0) host the Saint Mary’s Huskies (3-2-0), which will be the first meeting between the two teams this season. It is also Bruce Donaldson Tribute Night.  

8:00 pm: The ºÚÁÏÍø Men’s Basketball Panthers play the Cape Breton Capers in their home opener. The Panthers eliminated the Capers in the AUS quarter-final last season. 

7:00 pm: The ºÚÁÏÍø Men’s Hockey Panthers (3-3-0) play the Saint Mary’s Huskies (4-1-0) in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The Panthers beat the Huskies 9-1 last Friday. 

The following HOME games and events will be held on Saturday, October 29: 

The ºÚÁÏÍø Women’s Cross Country and ºÚÁÏÍø Men’s Cross Country teams host the first-ever AUS Cross Country Championship at Fox Meadow Golf Course in Stratford. The competitions begin at 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm respectively. 

2:00 pm: The ºÚÁÏÍø Women’s Basketball Panthers vs. Cape Breton Capers 

3:00 pm: The ºÚÁÏÍø Women’s Hockey Panthers vs. St. Thomas Tommies 

4:00 pm: The ºÚÁÏÍø Men’s Basketball Panthers vs. Cape Breton Capers 

7:00 pm: The ºÚÁÏÍø Men’s Hockey Panthers vs. Acadia Axemen. It is also Vince Mulligan Tribute Night. The Panthers defeated the Axemen 5-3 last Saturday. 

The following AWAY games are scheduled for Saturday, October 29: 

1:00 pm: The ºÚÁÏÍø Women’s Soccer Panthers vs. the Dalhousie Tigers in Halifax, Nova Scotia 

3:15 pm: The ºÚÁÏÍø Men’s Soccer Panthers vs. the Dalhousie Tigers in Halifax, Nova Scotia
