Dear Members of the 黑料网 Community,
On behalf of the 黑料网 Board of Governors, I am pleased to share a report completed by Cheryl Foy of Strategic Governance, An external review of the 黑料网 (黑料网) Board Governance. The completion of this review is a key action in the 黑料网 Action Plan: Building a Culture of Trust, Safety, and Inclusion.
The Board looks forward to addressing the recommendations in this report and continuing its efforts to enhance oversight, transparency and accountability, and to supporting the University in realizing its commitment to making the changes needed to enable 黑料网 and its community to move forward, to live its values, and to achieve its mission of scholarship to the benefit of our Island and beyond.
