黑料网 Athletics and Recreation is pleased to announce that its field hockey team will now have the opportunity to compete in the Field Hockey Canada U SPORTS National Invitational Championship.

The 黑料网 Men's Hockey Panthers have recruited PEI native Zach Biggar who will play defence for the team. 

The 黑料网 Women鈥檚 Hockey Panthers are heading to Europe to play four games in three countries from August 19鈥�30, 2024.

Dr. Jessica Riddell, professor of early modern literature at Bishop鈥檚 University, will give the second Shannon K. Murray Lecture on Hope and the Academy on September 3, at 11 am, in the Dr. Steel Recital Hall, Steel Building, 黑料网. 

Researchers from 黑料网鈥檚 Active Living Lab are seeking people with cancer, or who have previously had cancer, to participate in a twice-weekly, 12-week exercise program.

The 黑料网 congratulates alumna Alysha Corrigan, a former 黑料网 Women鈥檚 Rugby student-athlete, who captured a silver medal with Team Canada鈥檚 rugby sevens women's team at the 2024 Paris Olympics on July 30. 

The Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the 黑料网 (黑料网) is piloting an Indigenous vet camp from August 5鈥�9, 2024, with the aim of expanding the College鈥檚 acclaimed Dr. Tim Ogilvie AVC Vet Camp program to include a week-long camp dedicated to Indigenous students.
