Accommodation
All students are assigned to a suitable accommodation, a flat to share with Turkish students according to the preferences stated in their 鈥淗ousing Application Form". Before moving to their assigned accommodation, they can stay in the University Guest House up to 5 days for free. Also, students can prefer to stay in an apart hostel instead of the flat arranged by the International Office.
Visa
As soon as accepted by Anadolu University we recommend all incoming students to contact the nearest Turkish Consulate in order to obtain all necessary information about Visa matters. After their arrival the students are obliged to apply for Resident Permit within 1 month. For detailed information please visit the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs website;
Health Insurance
All exchange students must have a health insurance which guarantee inpatient and outpatient treatment abroad. If the student has no insurance he/she will be able to get an insurance from Social Security Institution (SGK) within 3 months after registration at Anadolu University.
