Dr. John VanLeeuwen, professor of epidemiology and ruminant health management at AVC, led a team of senior veterinary students to Kenya earlier this year, where they worked with smallholder dairy farmers and Kenyan veterinarians and veterinary students to improve the health and production of the farmers鈥 cattle.
